Gringo: A Nice (Accidental) Find

07.01.2018

so we were at the mall shopping for some basic needs of a patient we endorsed (to a shelter) and we ended up looking for a place for lunch….

we saw Gringo. A ribs place at the ground level of SM NORTH At the Block.

Definitely a place to try…once.

Must try is their Mango Chicken Salad with some kinda tamarind-mango sweet(ish) dressing. (235pesos, around 4.5 US dollars)

Price is okay, except for the “half rack” ribs with 2 sides at around 6.5 dollars. U will actually get a less than 5inch long rib that was, well, primarily rib. Not much meat, but well seasones

Their chicken with 2 sides was the same price as the salad. t’was nice….

The winner was their fresh Lemonade, a pitcher cost 3.5$

so yeah, i’d probably come here once twice a year.

😁
