In Your Head

12.17.2016

Growing up I have always been the competitive type. I compete to make myself stand out and in the process, make others notice me. I compete to excel to make a mark so others will remember me.

That was then.

I grew up and out of that nature.

I have learned to compete to reach new heights and set new goals. And I have learned not to let fame in my head. I have learned to be inspired by others who are humble, and inspire others to humble themselves. I crave not for recognition but for the good of others’ well=being.

i saw this once on the internet and I stand by the words of Mr. Hinckley:

being-humble
